Appleby's restaraunts is opening a new site on Arden Way, around the corner from Encina.  
The ownership has put forward the opportunity for Encina to have memorabilia displayed 
around the place as part of it's decor.  I am sending a collection of school "artifacts" to them, 
but what is available at the school is VERY limited.  I am asking for help in collecting pictures, 
clothing, or any other Encina artifacts that could be hung and displayed on a wall.
 
I am suggesting to the management of Appleby's that the display be a "historical" representation 
of the school's entire 40 years.  Trouble is, except for yearbooks, there is very little from the early 
years....in fact, even from before 1990!!! (basically the Apache era) So if you could, HELP!!!  
(I am personally giving up some personal momentos).
 
If you would like to donate, please consider the following important facts:
 
1) Any items sent may never be returned...especially if hung in the restaraunt.
2) All items must be physically at Encina by 3:00 pm on Friday, Sept. 24th so I can meet the 
shipping deadline.
3) Pictures highlighting what made Encina special when you attended--activities, programs, 
extra-curricular, faculty, moments of historical importance--would be fantastic.
4) If you send anything, please enclose your name, grad. class, address, phone, and e-mail 
so I can reach you if anything needs to be returned.
5) You and your memories could be immortalized for the entire community!
