Encina alumni,

I'd like to welcome many new alumni to the Encina mailing list. Thanks to 
those of you who are spreading the word about the Encina website to your 
classmates and siblings.

CHRISTINE KOJIMA

Christine Kojima finally came back online Friday! I'm proud to be the 
recipient of her first email. Chris would like to thank everyone for their 
support and encouragement...

PUBLICIZING WEBSITE

Lorna Cline '73 suggested that since so many Encina alumni are parents now, 
we should publicize the Encina website in the local Sacramento school newsletters. 
I think this is a very good idea and I've already asked the Class of 73 to help.

REUNIONS

There are a lot of new additions to the Encina mailing list and two class 
reunions coming up shortly, so I thought I'd mention this one last time.

Although the Class of 73 and 78 reunions are now history, the Class of 1968 
reunion is this Saturday, October 10th! And the Class of 1988 is the following 
Saturday, October 17th.

If you have a sibling or know a classmate from one of these years, please 
let them know about their upcoming reunion before it's too late.

So far as I know, there are no reunions planned for the classes of 1963 or

ENCINA HOMECOMING ALUMNI GATHERING

Thank you for those of you expressing interest in the Encina Homecoming 
Alumni Gathering (formerly know as mini reunion). For those of you who are 
new to the list, the Class of 73 was attempting to organize an annual 
Encina Alumni get together on the weekend of the Encina homecoming game 
(Friday, October 30th this year).

There doesn't seem to be as much interest as we hoped but I'll keep you 
informed by email and on the website.

PERSONAL DOMAIN

As most of you know, Will Leaver '73 runs the Internet Service Provider 
which hosts the Encina website. Will's ISP hosts the Encina website for 
FREE, which is why you see the little "Hosting provided by Connect! 
Corporation" logo at the bottom of each page. Thank you Will!

Will is offering personal web hosting to Encina alumni.

I recently set up a personal domain for my family website with Will.
